HOT CACAO

This may taste incredibly rich, but it’s amazingly low in calories.

Heat in a saucepan over low fire:

I pkg Blue Kitchen’s Pure Cacao
4 Cups water
1 Cup Low fat Milk
3/4 C. Lite butter
15 Sachets of Splenda or to taste
Whisk constantly until the cacao has dissolved and the liquid is barely simmering. Serve in demitasse cups.
