Instead of plain old crackers, surprise your guests with the elegant biscuit mariposa as the background to these interesting toppings!
To make perfect scrambled eggs, heat 2 Tbsp good butter in a nonstick skillet over very low fire. When the foam subsides, add:
4 large eggs. beaten
1/4 cup heavy cream
1 tsp. rock salt
1/4 C chopped Blue Kitchen Pure Carabao’s Milk Kesong Puti
Stir carefully and constantly with a wooden spatula. Just before the eggs are about to set, remove the skillet from the fire. The eggs will cook to perfection in the remaining heat.
Cool the eggs a little, then carefully spoon over the mariposa and finish with the above suggested toppings.
