This eastern twist to traditional roast chicken provides an interesting combination of flavors to a familiar comfort dish.
Marinate 1 whole Chicken in
1/4 Cup Soy Sauce
1/8C. Plum Sauce
1/8 Cup Chinese White Wine (or juice of 1 lemon)
1 Tbsp. Grated Ginger
1 Tbsp. each Salt & Pepper
1 Tbsp. Pounded Garlic
Roast for 1 to 1 1/2hrs in a preheated 400 F oven.
